1. Digital Product Policy

Learn DevOps provides digital services (practice exams and certification test series). Since access to our content is granted immediately upon payment, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. When Refunds Are Available

We will consider a refund if:

  • Technical issues prevented you from accessing the content you paid for, and we were unable to resolve the issue.
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same subscription.
  • Within 48 hours: You request a refund within 48 hours of purchase and have not accessed any paid content.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

  • You have already accessed paid exam modules during the billing period.
  • The refund request is made more than 48 hours after purchase.
  • You simply changed your mind after using the service.
  • Mid-cycle cancellation of a recurring subscription (you retain access until end of the period).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Transaction ID or payment reference (if available)

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method (Razorpay or Easebuzz).

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after the current period ends.
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan automatically.
