1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform operated by Learn DevOps (referred to as "LearnDevOps", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), available at learndevops.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Learn DevOps is an online platform that provides practice exams and test series for DevOps and SRE certifications, including AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and more. The Platform offers free and paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account using Clerk authentication to access the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free Plan: Access up to 3 certifications per month at no cost.
• Pro Plan (₹499/month): Access up to 10 certifications per month.
• Max Plan (₹999/month): Unlimited certification access.
• Paid plans may be billed as one-time monthly payments or auto-renewing subscriptions, depending on current settings.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Auto-Renewal

When auto-renewal is enabled, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Pricing page.

6. Cancellation

• You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.
• No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or commercialize exam questions or content from the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or access controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including exam questions, explanations, designs, and code — is the intellectual property of Learn DevOps. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

LearnDevOps is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
